Our Care
Package Events
We created and donated care packages to local hospitals, providing comfort items for patients and their families. These efforts allowed us to give back directly, spread kindness, and make a positive difference in healthcare settings. We work with multiple locations in our community to help provide care and support to local hospital patients.
What is typically included in our Care Packages?
Crayons
The Color Swell Crayons are a set of 24 vibrant, student-quality crayons designed for smooth coloring and creative art projects. Made with durable, non-toxic wax, these crayons are great for school, classroom activities, and home use, offering bright colors and reliable performance.
Playdoh
Play-Doh Modeling Compound contains soft, colorful, non-toxic modeling dough designed for creative and sensory play. Perfect for kids ages 2 and up, it can be used to shape, mold, and create fun art projects while encouraging imagination and hands-on learning.
Coloring Books
A BenLouis Mini Coloring Book is a small activity and coloring book designed for kids ages 4–12. Featuring fun patterns, games, and creative designs, it helps encourage imagination, color recognition, and fine motor skills. Its lightweight and portable size makes it perfect for travel, classroom activities, party favors, and goodie bags.
Mochi Squishy
A LEEHUR Kawaii Squishy is a soft and stretchy stress-relief toy designed in cute animal and fruit shapes. Made from non-toxic, washable material, these mini squishies are fun for squeezing, stretching, and sensory play while helping kids relax and stay entertained. They are great for party favors, classroom prizes, goodie bags, and creative pretend play.
Fidget Puzzle
A single GOLDGE Mini Fidget Snake Cube Puzzle Toy is a small, flexible puzzle toy made from durable ABS plastic that can be twisted and turned into different shapes. It’s designed for stress relief, focus, and sensory play, making it a fun and engaging fidget toy for kids and teens.
Waterproof Stickers
Apakkai Cute Stickers are cute, high-quality vinyl decals designed for decorating personal items like water bottles, laptops, notebooks, and phone cases. It features a colorful, kawaii-style design and is made to be waterproof and durable, so it can stick well without leaving residue when removed.
Lego Set
A LEGO animal set is a building toy made by the LEGO Group that allows kids to construct different animals using colorful interlocking bricks. These sets often include step-by-step instructions to build creatures like lions, elephants, birds, or dogs, and some can be rebuilt into multiple animal designs. They help develop creativity, problem-solving skills, and fine motor coordination while encouraging imaginative play.
Handwritten Card
A handwritten card will be included to support cancer patients and provide words of encouragement. These cards are created by young children and are carefully reviewed to ensure they are appropriate and suitable for distribution.
Creating Care Package Events
We have been working hard on carefully planning events so that our local community and volunteer base can get the opportunity to get involved and make a real difference. Through organizing activities like care package drives, we aim to bring comfort and support to cancer patients who are going through difficult treatments. These care packages are thoughtfully assembled with items that can brighten a patient’s day and help them feel cared for, even during challenging moments. By coordinating volunteers, collecting donations, and setting up events in advance, we make sure everything runs smoothly and that everyone who wants to help has a meaningful way to contribute.
